Public Notice No / 2024-25 Attention of the trade is invited to the Public Notice No. 20/2023-24 dated 29.08.2023 which introduced the online facility for preparation of challan on the website of Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai i.e https://oms.accmumbai.gov.in/ . Further, PTFC meeting was held on 15.01.2024, 03.04.2024 & 08.04.2024 in which the issue was raised for digital payment of government dues. 1. Keeping the need for round-the-clock digital payment of tax in mind, this office is going to introduce a parallel payment option of “State Bank Collect” (SB Collect) facility for smooth transaction. The depositor can pay the amount from any place and time through ‘SB Collect Facility’.

The SB Collect site is available 24X7 by using various modes of payment such as SBI INB, SBI Debit Cards, Other Bank Debit Cards, All Bank Credit Cards, Prepaid Cards, Rupay Debit Cards, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, Foreign Cards, By Cash/SBI Cheque/Transfer at SBI Branch. Under the newly introduced computerization system for payment of Government dues through SB Collect Facility, the following steps would be taken: (a) The depositor is required to first prepare the Challan on the website of Mumbai Customs Zone III i.e https://accmumbai.gov.in as per public notice no. 20/2023-24 dated 29.08.2023. While selecting payment option, they will select the option of the payment through SB collect. The screenshot of the page is as below: (b) After generating the Challan, they will access SB Collect page by visiting the website i.e www.onlinesbi.sbi within two days . (c) the depositor then has to select the government department on the SB Collect Page. The screenshot of the page is as below: (d)The depositor can search the Asst Commissioner of Customs on search menu of SB Collect Page. After selecting the menu i.e the Asst Commissioner of Customs, the page in the name of Asst Commissioner of Customs, Sahar Cargo Complex, Maharashtra, Mumbai- 400099 will be open. If depositor doesn’t deposit challan along with successful payment receipt of SBI bank after generating challan within two days, this office will not be able to reconcile their payment with the OMS Challan. (h) The officials at Cash Section shall issue the final Challan containing QR code after confirming the deposit of the amount in the government account. (i) The copy of final Challan containing the QR code shall also be directly sent to the concerned section through e-mail by the system. 2. The concerned officers at Cash Section have already been trained to use the online module and are available to reply the query of trade or train the persons of trade who wish to use it. 3. It is clarified that this Public Notice does not supersede any other public Notice . 4. Difficulty if any, faced in the implementation of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of the Commissioner (General) through e-mail on commr-cus5mum3@,nic.in. 5.
