Commissioner of Customs 1 General -.~oiQfdQ JrUR '1tlqcfd ~ ~: tllitl.t4 Air Cargo Complex, CSMI International Airport Mumbal-400099 Email: - accgenmum3-tpsez@gov.in PUBLIC NOTICE NO.i-i9/2025 M / s Shreeji Translogistics Limited (formerly named as M / s Shreeji Transport Services (P) Limited)having their registered office at M-23, 3 rd Floor, Menzies Avation Baba Cargo Terminal, Bangalore International Airport Ltd., Devana)ialli, Bangalore-560300 has been permitted to operate as bonded trucker for the transshipment of imported cargo carried by specified 45 airlines ' handed by M/s MIAL & 06 airlines handled by M/s AIASL from the Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai to all other Customs notified ACC, !CDs, CFS and AFS within India by road through Closed Body Trucks (CBT) vide public Notice 45/2022 dtd. 25.10.2022. 2. WHEREAS M/s Shreeji Translogistics Limited vide their letter dtd 14.08.2025 has applied for Export Cargo of Bonded Trucking Services for Air Export cargo between Air Cargo Complex Sahar Mumbai to other India Airports within India. 3. And whereas, M/s Shreeji Translogistics Ltd. has executed a Bond of Rs . ' 100 Crore (RUPEES ONE HUNDRED CRORE) valid for the period from 11.09.2025 to 10.09.2026 and requested exemption from submission of Bank Guarantee, in terms of Boards Circular No. 24 /2006 dtd.

Accordingly, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 45 ( 1) of ~e Cu~toms Act, 1962, I Nilank Kumar, Commissioner of Customs (General) ~ir Cargo Complex, Mumbai hereby approve the permission toward appointment of M/ s Shreeji Translogistics Ltd. for operating Bonded trucking services for Export Ca~go meant f'or export between Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai and all other Customs notified ACC's ICD's, CFS's and AFS's within India in cases where such transshipment is desired by the consignee autho~d by the airline and approved by the Customs department. 5 Transshipment of Export Cargo being permitted as per the public Notice shall be governed by:- a) The provisions of Chapter VIII of the Customs Act, 1962

The said permission shall be valid till 10.09.2026 i.e. earliest date of expiry of required bond submitted by M/s Shreeji Translogistics Ltd. as mentioned in the para 03.
