Subject: Sector specific analysis of the release time – for the

period 01.07.2024 to 07.07.2024. Attention is invited of all Importers, Custom Brokers, Trade, Customs Staff and other stakeholders towards Sector specific analysis of the release time from 01.07.2024 as a part of the ongoing National Time Release Study (NTRS) 2024. 2. The sector specific analysis would aim to build on the insights gained from previous studies and further optimize the release times of EXIM cargo across Customs formations. Air Cargo Complex. Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai is among Six (06) Air Cargo’s selected for this analysis. The said release time analysis will be conducted for Bills of Entry filed during the period – 1st July 2024 to 7th July 2024 which will be tracked till their release or 7th August 2024, whichever is earlier. 3. Further, Shri Deepak Mahadev Dhamane, Deputy Commissioner of Customs is hereby has been nominated as Nodal Officer for the said exercise of Sector specific analysis of the release time for Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai. 4. In this regards, a copy of Public Notices, Standing Orders and Trade Facilitation notices issued to streamline the assessment and clearance procedure, for trade facilitation are attached herewith for kind reference. 5. All Importers, Custom Brokers and members of the Trade are requested to extend their cooperation and support during the said exercise.
