सभी आयातको/ िनयातको/सीएचए और सभी संबं1धत2 का 3यान सीबीआईसी 4ारा जारी प5रप सं6या 05/2025-सीमाशुक िदनांिकत 17.02.2025 क8 ओर आकृ; िकया जाता है, जो सीमाशुक म* धन वापसी ए, लकेशन और .सं=करण के ऑटोमेशन के संबंध म* है। Kind attention of all the Importers/Exporters/CHAs and all concerned is invited towards the Circular No. 05/2025-Customs dated 17.02.2025 issued by CBIC regarding automation of refund application and processing in Customs.

िदनांक 17.02.2025 संलB है 1जसम* धन वापसी क8 इले?ट@ॉिनक .ि/या से संबं1धत .मुख पहलुओं पर िव=तार से .काश डाला गया है। In this regard, for ease of reference Circular No. 05/2025-Customs dated 17.02.2025 issued by CBIC is attached herewith wherein key aspects relating to the electronic processing of refund have been elaborated.

वैध कारण के कोई भी मैनुअल धन वापसी ए, लकेशन =वीकार नहE िकया जाएगा। All the Importers/Exporters/CHAs and other concerned are hereby also requested to file all their future refund claims through online (ICEGATE Portal) mode only as no manual refund application shall be accepted without any valid or plausible reason.

7 . इस सावजिनक सूचना के कायाDवयन म* आने वाली िकसी भी किठनाई को कायालय के 3यान म* लाया जाए। Any difficulty noticed in the implementation of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of this office.      इसे सीमा शुक आयु (ए पी एस सी) के अनुमोदन से जारी िकया जाता है।/This issues with the approval of the Commissioner of Customs (APSC).
