Kind attention of stakeholders, Exporters, Customs Brokers etc. is drawn to Public Notice No. 43/2022 dated 25-10-2022 and Public Notice No. 21/2024 dated 24.04.2024. In this regard, the Show Cause Notices regarding recovery of Drawback has been issued to Exporters mentioned in Annexure-A of this Public Notice. The said SCNs will be adjudicated by the undersigned adjudicating authority. Furthermore, in adherence of Principles of Natural Justice, an opportunity is being granted to the Exporter to appear in person or through their authorized representative or he/she may attend the said Personal Hearing on virtual mode through video conferencing on every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. In case, if exporter desires to attend the Personal Hearing through video conferencing, he/she may submit the details of email and valid ID proof of the person appearing in the Virtual Hearing in advance @ (prabalm.c079101@gov.in), so that the link of virtual hearing can be sent. In case the Personal Hearing is not required, a letter conveying the same may be forwarded to the undersigned immediately through speed post or through email@ (prabalm.c079101@gov.in).
