PUBLIC NOTICE No. 25/2024 Kind attention is invited to the Public Notice No. 21/2024 dated 24.04.2024 regarding timely adjudication by Adjudicating Authority in a transparent manner. 2. Adjudication proceedings have been initiated in all the cases mentioned in Annexure-A. Accordingly, next Personal Hearing for the said cases is scheduled on the date and time as mentioned in the said Annexure before the Adjudicating Authority, i.e. Shri Abhishek Jain, Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Export, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai Zone-III. 3. Noticees are requested to submit reply and present themselves before the Adjudicating Authority either virtually or physically, for the personal hearing on date and time fixed. In case, the noticees or authorized representatives desires for virtual hearing, they should submit the details of email so that link for the virtual hearing can be sent. The noticees should also sent Vakalatnama or Authorization letter, a copy of photo ID card, contact details to the appellate authority through official email address well in advance. 4 . In respect of such personal hearing, it is also requested to submit the soft copy of written submission (if any) on or before the day of hearing and the same may be forwarded at the email id: egm-accmum@gov.in. 5.
