"In the said regulations, in regulation 2, in the sub-regulation (2), in clause (e), - (ii) in sub-clause (v), for the words "twenty five thousand", the words ''five lakh" shall be substituted. Date :1~.08.2018 Further, in view of amendment made at (ii) above, the said regulations shall not apply to export of goods where the value of the consignment is above rupees five lakhs and transaction in foreign exchange is involved. Further, The Authorised Courier or his agent who has passed the examination referred to in regulation 8 or regulation 19 of the Agents Licensing Regulation, 2004 shall make entry of goods for export in shipping bill in Form Courier Shipping Bill-I (CSB-I), Form Courier Shipping Bill-II (CSB-II), Courier Shipping Bill CSB-V, Form Courier Bill of Exportcl (CBEx-I) or as the case may be in the Form Courier Bill of Export- II (CBEx-II) as the case may be, appended to the said regulations before presenting it to the proper officer; Provided that for the goods specified in Appendix 3C of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20) and for other commercial goods, nO,t covered under clause (e) of sub- regulation (2) of regulation 2, where value of the consignment is up to rupees five lakh and transaction in foreign exchange is involved, such entry shall be made in Form Courier Shipping Bill CSB-V. In regulation 6 of the said regulations, in sub-regulation (3), in the first proviso for the words "twenty-five thousand", the words ''five-lakh'', shall be substituted."
