Ld, having their registered office at 3 Floor, Awfis Prestige Dotcom, No. 16/2, Residency Road, Bengaluru 560 025 has requested for renewal of permission granted vide Public Notice No 27/2024 dated 09.05.2024 valid till 15.12.2024 for the purpose of transshipment of Import cargo and Export cargo meant for transshipment by air from/to Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai to/from Three (03) destination Customs station viz. New Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad within India and International. Date:25-03-2025 M/s. Quikjet Cargo Airlines Pvt. Ltd. has approached Rajputana Smart Solutions Limited (RSSL) having their registered office address at Adani Corporate House, Shantigram, Near Vaishno Devi Circle, S.G. Highway, Khodiyar, Ahmedabad-382421 to avail certain courier services provided by RSSL and the parties hereto have agreed to abide by the terms and conditions vide Agreement dated 17.08.2023. 5 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 13 /2024-25 Whereas, M/s. Quikjet Cargo Airlines Pvt. Ltd. has executed a Bond of Rs. 25,00,000/- valid till 15.12.2024 / (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) for transshipment of Import cargo and Bond of Rs. 75,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Lakhs only) for transshipment of Export cargo by Air from/to Air argo Complex, Mumbai to'from destination Customs stations, valid up to 15.12.2024. 4. And whereas, M/s. Quikjet Cargo Airlines Pvt. Ltd has submitted a Bank Guarantee amounting to Rs. 3,75,000/-(Rupees Three lakh Seventy Five Thousand Only) valid till 15.12.2024 issued by for Import Transhipment Cargo and a Bank Guarantee amounting to Rs. 11,25,000/-(Eleven Lakh Twenty Five Thousand) valid till 15.12.2024 for Export Transhipment Cargo, both exccuted by State Bank Of India Trade and Finance on behalf of M/s Quikjet Cargo Airlines Pvt. Ltd. And whereas, M/s Quikjet Cargo Airlines Pvt. Ltd. has requested for renewal of permission granted vide Public Notice No 27/2024 dated 09.05.2024 valid till 15.12.2024 for the purpose of transshipment of Import/Export cargo meant for transshipment by Air from/to Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai to/from Three (03) destination Customs stations viz. New Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore within India and International. 6. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested in me under Section 45(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, 1, Nilank Kumar, Commissioner of Customs (General), Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai hereby renew the permission to M/s Quikjet Cargo Airlines Pvt., for the purpose of transshipment of Import cargo and export cargo meant for transshipment by air from/to Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai to/from Three (03) destination Customs stations viz.

New Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore within India and appoint M/s. Quikjet Cargo Airlines Pvt., as Custodian (Customs Cargo Service Provider) for the purpose of transshipment of Import and Export cargo meant for transshipment by air from/to Air Cargo Complex. Mumbai to/from destination Customs stations within India and International. Transshipment of import and export cargo being permitted as per this Public Notice shall be governed by: 7. (a) The provisions of Chapter VIIl of the Customs Act, 1962. (b) Goods lmported (Conditions of Transshipment) Regulations, 1995. (c) Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 (as amended). (d) CBIC Circular No. 69/99-Cus dated 06.10.1999 as amended by Boards Circular No.61/2000-Cus dated 13.07.2000, 79/2001-Cus dated 07.12.2001 and 06/2007-Cus dated 22.01.2007 (c) Public Notice No. 23/2000 dated 08.11.2000 read with Public Notice No. 12/2004 datcd 27.03.2004, Public Notice No. 18/2005 dated 28.07.2005 and Public Notice No. 09/2007 dated 02.03.2007. (1) Any other Rules, Regulations, Notifications, Instructions, Circulars & Public Notices issued from time to time. The said permission shall be valid till 15.12.2025, i.c. the carliest date of expiry of required bond/bank guarantee submitted by M/s.
