                  Sub: - Giving Out of Charge/Assessment  for the Bill of Entry filed  
                             03.10.2016 in EDI System – reg. 

Attention of all the Staff members is invited to the DRI Letter No. DRI/HQ- CI/50D/Misc-98/2016 dated 04.10.2016 on the above mentioned subject.

2. As per Alert inserted in the EDI System by DRI for Bill of Entry filed on 03.10.2016, the DRI, New Delhi vide their above mentioned letter informed that their office is not investigating the Bill of Entry filed 0n 03.10.2016 at Nhava Sheva.

In light of above, all the field formations are requested to give out of charge /assess the Bills of Entry filed on 03.10.2016 without waiting NOC from DRI. 4. Difficulties, if any, may be brought to the notice of the undersigned.
