6. The validity of permission vide this Public Notice is extended as stipulated under Goods Imported (Conditions of Transhipment) Regulations, 1995 read with CBEC Circular No. 69/1999-Cus dated 06/10/1999, as amended from time to time, subject to the adherence of the conditions stipulated below:

a. That M/s. Air India Ltd. shall follow the procedure prescribed in:

• i. Chapter VIII of the Customs Act, 1962;

• ii. Goods Imported (Conditions of Transhipment) Regulation, 1995;

• v. Any other Rules, Regulations, Notifications, Instructions, Circulars and Public Notices issued from time to time.

b. M/s. Air India Ltd. is required to adhere to the provisions of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023 and all other allied Acts in force and enacted/amended by the Government from time to time.

c. M/s. Air India shall under no circumstances outsource the transhipment activities under this Public Notice without due permission from the “proper officer’.
