िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम&त ने 02.01.2026 को आयो'जत बैठक के #लए क गई कारवाई Hरपोट नोट क है। एजडा िवषय - 03: मेसस हCड़ेKस इं&डया Eाइवेट #लिमटेड के संबंध म एपीआर के Eदशन क िनगरानी। िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम&त ने HBP-2023 के पैरा 6.12 के अनुसार तथा HBP-2023 के पHरAश< 6F, भाग B (योजना-िवAश< शतL) के 6ॉज 7(a) एवं (b) के अनुसार, चौथे Oलॉक अव&ध के 2 वषP के #लए ईओयू इकाई के Eदशन क िनगरानी क । सिम&त ने पाया िक इकाई ने चौथे Oलॉक अव&ध के इन 2 वषP म संचयी आधार पर सकाराRमक एनएफई EाS िकया, 'जसका िववरण िनTनानुसार है:

Oलॉक अव&ध िनगरानी अव&ध EाS संचयी एनएफई (लाख" म) संचयी % NFE EाS चौथा चौथे Oलॉक अव&ध के 2 वष अथात िव+ वष 2023-24 एवं 2024-25 3116.98 59.02% सिम&त ने िव+ीय वष 2023-24 एवं 2024-25 के #लए APR समय पर दा#खल न िकए जाने म हुई देरी को संUान म #लया तथा इसके #लए इकाई पर 10,000/- Vपये का दंड लगाया।

िव+ वष 2023-24 एवं 2024-25 3116.98 59.02% सिम&त ने िव+ीय वष 2023-24 एवं 2024-25 के #लए APR समय पर दा#खल न िकए जाने म हुई देरी को संUान म #लया तथा इसके #लए इकाई पर 10,000/- Vपये का दंड लगाया। एजडा िवषय - 04: मेसस बोरा फूWस Eा. #ल. के संबंध म एपीआर के Eदशन क िनगरानी।

िवचार-िवमश के बाद सिम&त ने Eि-या पुX7तका, 2023 (एचबीपी-2023) के पैरा 6.12 और एचबीपी-2023 के पHरAश< 6एफ, भाग बी (योजना िवAश< शत) के खंड 7(क) और (ख) के अनुसार 5 Oलॉक अव&धय" के 5 वषP और 6वY Oलॉक अव&ध के 1 वष (अथात िव+ीय वष 1999-2000 से िव+ीय वष 2024-25 तक) के #लए इकाई के Eदशन पर गौर िकया।सिम&त ने पाया िक इकाई ने छह Oलॉक अव&धय" के #लए संचयी आधार पर सकाराR

After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the EOU unit for the 2 years of 4 th Block period in terms of para 6.12 of the Handbook of Procedures, 2023 (HBP-2023) r/w Clause 7(a) & (b) of Appendix 6F, Part B (Scheme Specific condition) to HBP-2023.

The committee observed that the unit has achieved positive NFE on cumulative basis in the 2 years of 4th Block Period as given below:
