Atention of all Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers, Custodians. Shipping Lines, and Trade Members is invited to CBIC Circular No. 1S/2026-Customs dated 27.03.2026. In view of the ongoing disruptions in maritime routes resulting in the diversion or retum of export cargo, the Board has clarified that the international transhipment of both Full Coniainer Lutd (FCL) and Less than full Container Load (LCL) cargo shall be permited from all scaports and international airports.
