(यूिनट-III) के दशन क' िनगरानी िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम0त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, इकाई के िMतीय [लॉक अव0ध के दो वषX अथात् िव5 वष 2023-24 और 2024-25 के दशन को नोट िकया। इकाई ने िMतीय [लॉक अव0ध के दो वष म+ अथात िव5 वष 2023-24 और 2024-25 म+ 45.70 करोड़ Sपये के अनुमािनत िनयात क' तुलना म+ 51.95 करोड़ Sपये का िनयात राज व ा] िकया है । इकाई ने िMतीय [लॉक अव0ध के दूसरे वष म+ अथात िव5 वष 2024-25 म+ 51.43 करोड़ Sपये अथात 99.02 % का सकारा^मक एनएफई ा] िकया है, । इकाई ने िव5 वष 2024-25 म+ 117 कमचाLरय_ (पुSष-97, मिहला-20) को रोजगार िदया है। एज+डा िवषय 7 07: मेसस अपतरा Yयू मी0डया ाइवेट लिमटेड के दशन क' िनगरानी िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम0त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, इकाई के तीसरे [लॉक अव0ध के पाँच वषX अथात् िव5 वष 2020-21 से FY 2024-25 के दशन को नोट िकया। इकाई ने तीसरे [लॉक अव0ध के पाँच वषX म+ अथात िव5 वष 2020-21 से FY 2024-25 म+ 260.00 करोड़ Sपये के अनुमािनत िनयात क' तुलना म+ 342.50 करोड़ Sपये का िनयात राज व ा] िकया है । इकाई ने तीसरे [लॉक अव0ध के पाँचव+ वष म+ अथात िव5 वष 2024-25 म+ 341.71 करोड़ Sपये अथात 99.77 % का सकारा^मक एनएफई ा] िकया है । इकाई ने िव5 वष 2024-25 म+ 533 कमचाLरय_ (पुSष-314, मिहला-219) को रोजगार िदया है। यह देखा गया है िक एपीआर दाखल करने म+ देरी हुई थी, जैसा िक नीचे िव तार से बताया गया है:

After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of the Developer for leasing out up space to vendor for Canteen services in SEZ premises., in terms of Rule 11(5) of SEZ Rules, 2006, as detailed below:

(Unit I) After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 3rd year of 3rd Block period i.e. FY 2024-25 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 35.72 Crores as against projected export of Rs.18.00 Crores in 3rd Year of 3rd Block period i.e. FY 2024-25. The unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 87.54 Crores i.e. 98.53% in the 3rd year of 3rd Block period. As per SO report the unit has 155 employees (Male: 121, Female: 34) as on 31.03.2025. Agenda Item No. 05: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Konecranes and Demag Pvt. Ltd. (Unit II) After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 3rd year of 3rd Block period i.e. FY 2024-25 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 81.15 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 82.02 Crores in 3rd Year of 3rd Block period i.e. FY 2024-25. The unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 206.72 Crores i.e. 99.74 % in the 3rd year of 3rd Block period. As per SO report the unit has 249 employees (Male: 208, Female: 41) as on 31.03.2025. Agenda Item No. 06: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Konecranes and Demag Pvt Ltd (Unit III) After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 2 years of 2nd Block period i.e. FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 51.95 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 45.70 Crores in 2 Years of 2nd Block period i.e. FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25. The unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 51.43 Crores i.e. 99.02 % in the 2nd year (FY 2024- 25) of 2nd Block period. As per SO report the unit has 117 employees (Male:97, Female: 20) as on 31.03.2025.

Agenda Item No. 07: Monitoring of Performance of M/s. Aptara New Media Pvt. Ltd. After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 5 years of 3rd Block period i.e. FY 2020-21 to FY 2024-25 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 342.50 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 260.00 Crores in 5 Years of 3rd Block period i.e. from FY 2020-21 to FY 2024-25 The unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 341.71 Crores i.e. 99.77 % in the 5th year (FY 2024- 25) of 3rd Block period. As per SO report the unit has 533 employees (Male:314, Female:219) as on 31.03.2025. It has been observed that there was a delay in filing of APR, as detailed below:
