      The proposal of the unit was placed before the Approval Committee for

consideration.

      After deliberation, Committee approved the proposal of M/s. TATA

Autocomp Hendrickson Suspensions Pvt Ltd, for setting up of a New Export Oriented Unit (EOU) at Plot No. D-236/5, MIDC Chakan Industrial Area, Phase II, Village-Warle, Khed, Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra in terms of

Para 6.05(a) of FTP 2023 read with Para 6.01 of Hand book of Procedure .
