(Developer) After deliberation, the npproval committec approved the proposal of the Developer for Leasing out built up area to vendor for setting up of ATM facility in terms Rule I 1(5) of the SDZ, as detailed below: This approval is subject to the follorving conclitions

1. The Service Provider will not be eligible for a.ny exemptions, clrawback, concessions or any other benefits available under.Scition 7 or Section 26 of the SEZ Act for creating or operating such facilities.
2. Developer ancl Sewice prcvider shall aclhere all the statutory compliance such as Fire NOC and other clearances required for setting up / running of such facitity.
