सह-डेवलपर द्वारा प्रस्तुत स्पष्टीकरण के आधार पर, नि{र्दिy&ष्ट अधिŠकारी ने 03.05.2004 को अपनी सत्यापन रि¯पोर्ट नि{म्नानुसार प्रस्तुत की है: ए) वस्तुओं की सूची के क्रमांक 26 के संबंध में, सह डेवलपर ने भवन और सिBविल कार्योंµ के लिए सामग्री खरीदने का प्रस्ताव दिyया है, विशेष रूप से लिफ्ट, इलेक्ट्रि¹ºकल मोटर और पेंट के लिए War siz उपभोग्य वस्तुएं। किªए गए अतिLरि¯क्त प्रस्तुतीकरण के माध्यम से, सह-डेवलपर्स ने बताया है किª माल और यात्री आवाजाही के लिए एसईजेड में लिफ्ट स्थापिÀत की गई हैं और इन लिफ्टों के रखरखाव/रखरखाव के लिए स्पेयर/सहायक उपकरण और उपभोग्य सामग्रि£यों की नि{यमिJत रूप से आवश्यकता होती है। बी) इसके अलावा क्रमांक 29 पर दिyखाई देने वाली अग्निÄ{ सुरक्षा प्रणाली के संबंध में, सह-डेवलपर ने अतिLरि¯क्त प्रस्तुतिLयों में उक्त प्रणाली के रखरखाव के लिए आवश्यक waz az सहायक उपकरण को स्पष्ट और सूचीबद्ध किªया है। ग) क्रम संख्या 30 के संबंध में। Us ब्लैक स्टीम, यूएसी की इच्छानुसार, सह-डेवलपर ने विवरण और उपयोग प्रस्तुत किªया है। इसके अलावा यह पूछे जाने पर किª वे ईओयू इकाई से प्रोसेस्ड ब्लैक स्टीम कब से खरीद रहे हैं और ईओयू इकाई का स्थान क्या है, सह-डेवलपर ने अपने पत्र दिyनांक 0.05.2024 (इसके साथ संलग्न) के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत किªया है किª उन्हें केवल आपात स्थिeतिL के मामले में और भाप की मांग में अचानक वृद्धिÌ के मामले में स्टीम खरीदना होगा। उन्हें क्षेत्र के बाहर स्थिeत और एसईजेड क्षेत्र के नि{कट स्थिeत अपनी ईओयू इकाई सहिtत किªसी अन्य स्रोत से खरीदारी करनी होगी। सह-डेवलपर द्वारा प्रस्तुत स्पष्टीकरण और नि{र्दिy&ष्ट अधिŠकारी द्वारा प्रस्तुत सत्यापन रि¯पोर्ट के आधार पर, समिJतिL ने एसईजेड नि{यमों के नि{यम 12(2) के संदर्भ में मेसर्स एसईजेड बायोटेक, सह-डेवलपर द्वारा उनके एसईजेड के विकास के लिए अधिŠकृत संचालन के लिए प्रस्तुत रुपये 12.23 करोड़ की सामग्री की सूची को मंजूरी दे दी जिFसे चार्टर्ड इंजीनि{यर श्री वैभव सप्रे (पंजीकरण संख्या एम-1 67076-4) द्वारा विधिŠवत प्रमाणि×त किªया गया था | अध्यक्ष को धन्यवाद ज्ञापन के साथ बैठक समाप्त हुई।

Serum Bio Pharma Park Specified Officer Agenda Item No.0O1: Confirmation of the Minutes of the 46th meeting held on 28.03.2024 After deliberation, the committee approved the minutes of the 46th Approval Committee,Meeting held on 28.03.2024 Agenda Item No.02: Application for Approval of list of materials for M/s SEZ Biotech Service Pvt Ltd. (Co-Developer) During the discussion pertaining to List of Materials mentioned at Sr. No. 26, 29, & 30, the Committee has asked the Unit to submit the write up for the list of material mentioned for these items. Accordingly Co-Developer has submitted the Clarification vide email dated 23.04.2024. Based on the clarification submitted by the Co-Developer, the Specified Officer has submitted his verification report on 03.05.2024 as follows: a) As regards Sr.no 26 of List of Items, the Co developer has proposed to procure materials for Building and Civil Works specifically spares and consumables for elevators, Electrical motors and Paints. Vide the additional submissions made, the Co-Developers has reported the elevators are installed in

the SEZ for freight and passenger movement and for the maintenance/ upkeep of these elevators the spares/accessories and consumables are regularly required. b) Further as regards Fire Protection System appearing at Sr.no 29. the Co- developer has clarified and listed out the spares and accessories required for the maintenance of the said system in the additional submissions. c) In respect of Sr.no 30 .i.e. Processed Black Steam, as desired by the UAC, the Co- Developer has furnished the description and usage. Further on being asked as to from when they are procuring Processed Black Steam from EOU unit and the location of EOU unit, the Co-Developer vide their letter dated 0 .05.2024 (enclosed herewith) has submitted that they may have to procure the steam only in the case of emergencies and in case of sudden spike in steam demand they have to purchase from any other sources including their EOU Unit located outside the Area and is adjacent to the SEZ area. Based on the Clarification submitted by the Co-Developer and_ verification report submitted by the Specified Officer, Committee approved the list of material in terms of Rule 12(2) of SEZ Rules, submitted by the M/s SEZ Biotech, Co-Developer of Rs. 12.23 Crores duly certified by the Chartered Engineer Shri Vaibhav Sapre, (Registration No. M-167076-4) for the authorized operation for development of their SEZ.
