Consequent upon transfer and posting in the grade of Additional Commissioner/Joint Commissioner of Customs under Commissioner of Customs (Gen), ACC, Mumbai, the officer mentioned below is designated as First Appellate Authority in terms of sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 within the jurisdiction of the Office of the Commissioner of Customs-Gen, Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai Customs Zone-III with immediate effect and until further orders: -
