After deliberation, the Committee confirmed the minutes of the 257 Approval Committee meeting held on 10.08.2023, Agenda Item No. 02: Monitoring the performance in r/o M/s Cummins India Ltd. The performance of the unit for the FY 2022-23 was placed before the Committee for Monitoring purpose. The Committee observed that the Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 913.99 crores as against projected export of Rs. 525.29 crores in 57 year of the gnd block period with a positive cumulative NFE of Rs 2318.46 crores i.e. 68.44%. Unit has achieved an employment of 936 employees (Men-428 & Women-40 & Indirect Employment-468). After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of M/s Cummins

File No.S-SEZ-MINSOMIDP/1/2022-JDCP India Ltd. for the FY 2022-23 of 274 block period, in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The Committee also directed to confirm from unit that whether they provide any service to DTA unit. In this connection, Unit has confirmed through e-mail dated 14.02.2024 that they have not provided any Services to DTA. Agenda Item No. 03: Monitoring the performance in t/o M/s Cummins Technology India Ltd. The performance of the unit for the FY 2022-23 was placed before the Approval Committee for Monitoring purpose. The Committee observed that the Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 1533.10 crores as against projected export of Rs 665.29 crores in 5th year of the 274 block period with a positive cumulative NFE of Rs 1764.93 crores i.e. 32.23% Crores. Unit has achieved an employment of 615 employees (Men- 318, Women-94 & Indirect Employment - 203). After deliberation, the Approval committee noted the performance of M/s Cummins India Ltd. for the FY 2022-23 of 274 block period, in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The Committee also directed to confirm from unit that whether they provide any service to DTA unit. In this connection, Unit has confirmed through e-mail dated 14.02.2024 that they have not provided any Services to DTA.
