Agenda Item No.02: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Allianz Technology SE After deliberation, the Committee monitored the performance of the unit for 1४ Block period i.e. FY 2018-19 to FY 2022-23 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, ! 2006. The Committee noted that the unit has achieved Export of Rs. 860.45 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 586.39 Crores which is 147.74% and achieved cumulative positive NFE of Rs. 780.79 Crores which is 90.74% in the 18 Block period i.e. during FY 2018-19 to FY 2022-23. The unit has achieved employment of 1251 (Men-791, Women-640) employees. The Committee directed the Unit to follow up for receipt of pending foreign remittances beyond permissible limit of Rs.

File No.S-SEZ-MINSOEON2/1/2022-JDCP 3.31 Crores and also directed to follow the FEMA regulations. The Unit is required to revise the APR for FY 2018-19, FY 2020-21, FY 2021- 22 to update the correct import figure and 2022-23 to update the correct amortization value. The Committee has advised the Unit to promptly file the pending DSPF and DTA procurement in the NSDL SEZ online portal. Agenda Item No.03: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Credit Suisse Services AG: After deliberation, the Committee monitored the performance of the unit for 19 Block period i.e. FY 2017-18 to FY 2021-22 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006 The Committee noted that the unit has achieved Export of Rs. 6063.66 Crores and achieved cumulative positive NFE of Rs. 5630.74 Crores which is 92.86% in the 17 Block period i.e. during FY 2017-18 to FY 2021-22. The unit has achieved employment of 8073 (Men-5596, Women-2477) employees. As per the SO APR verification report, there is an error in reporting import figures in the APR for the FY 2018-19 to FY 2021-22 period. The Committee has instructed the JDC Pune Office to issue a letter to the Unit, seeking clarification regarding the differences between the import figures as per customs records and those recorded in the APR during the above period. Additionally, the Committee has advised the Unit to promptly file the pending DSPF in the NSDL SEZ online portal.
