The unit has submitted that in the view of prevailing market conditions, they would not like to continue functioning as 100% EOU, hence they have requested for permission of Debonding as their machinery is old and obsolete model, quality and products are uncompetitive in the Export market. No dues report dated 30.09.2025 in this regard has been received from Joint Commissioner, CFR, Pune Customs stating that No dues are pending against the unit and their office no objection for consideration of request of final exit from EOU scheme. Remarks: Upon examination of the APRs submitted by the unit starting 1999-2000 to 2024-25 its was observed that the figures pertaining to Raw materials and Capital goods didnot tally in terms of opening and closing balance in the subsequent period APR. In view of that unit has submitted Statement of APR with certified figures from the FY 1999-2000 to 2024-25 and requested to consider the figures of export, import, Raw material, DTA sales etc from the said CA certified statement for the purpose of monitoring. Since the NOC from Customs has been received, monitoring performance of the unit based on the CA certified statement of APRs for the period mentioned below is placed before the Unit approval committee meeting for consideration in terms of Appendices 6.F Part B (Scheme Specific condition) 7 (a) & (b) of Handbook of Procedure 2023. e.
