एजडा िवषय 7 03: मेसस इंफो सस लिमटेड का मॉिनटRरग ऑफ़ परफॉमUस िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम)त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, पहले Vलॉक अव)ध के पांच िव. वष अथात िव. वष 2019-20 से 2023-24 तक के लए यूिनट के परफॉमWस को नोट िकया। यूिनट ने पहले Vलॉक अव)ध के पांचव िव. वष FY 2023-24 म संचयी आधार पर 1834.9 करोड़ Yपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 5577.68 करोड़ Yपये का िनयात हा सल िकया है। यूिनट ने पांचव िव. वष 2023-24 म संचयी आधार सकाराZमक एन.एफ.ई 3821.55 करोड़ Yपये (नेट िवदेशी मूMय (हा सल िकया है। यूिनट ने 6513 कमचाPरय[ (पुYष- 4031 मिहला- 2482) को रोजगार िदया है। अ"य$ को धUयवाद \ापन के साथ बैठक समा] हुई।

After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 5 years i.e. FY 2019-20 to FY 2023-24 of 1 st Block period in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 5577.68 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 1834.9 Crores in 5th year of 1st Block period i.e. FY 2023-24. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 3821.55 Crores in 5 th year of 1st block period on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved employment of 6513 employees (Men-4031, women-2482).

Proposal : Proposal dated 19.08.2025 submitted by M/s Infosys Limited, SEZ-Developer II, located at Plot No.1, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Phase-I, Pune-411057 for approval of List of Material procured by SEZ Developer II, for authorized operation of Special Economic Zone (SEZ). b. Specific Issue on which decision of AC is required: -
Approval for List of material required by Developer to carry out default authorized operations as per Instruction No.50 & 54 approved by Board of Approval in terms letter No.F.1/9/2019-SEZ Dated 06-Dec-2019, totally valued at Rs. 0.0862 Crores. c. Notification :- As per Rule 12 (2) of SEZ Rules, 2006 “The Developer shall make an application, after obtaining approval for the authorized operation under rule 9, to the Development Commissioner, along with the list of goods and services, including machinery, equipments and construction material required for the authorized operations, duly certified by a Chartered Engineer for approval by the Approval Committee” d. M/s. Infosys Limited, SEZ-Developer II has been granted Letter of Approval No. F.1/9/2019-SEZ dated 06.12.2019. The developer has submitted List of Materials duly certified by the Chartered Engineer (Name- Ashish Deshmukh, Registration No. AM 100232-8, for the infrastructure to be developed, Maintained, and upgraded in respect of SEZ, area, located at M/s Infosys Limited, SEZ-Developer II, Plot No.1, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Phase-I, Pune-411057. The Developer has informed that the list of material required to Maintain, upgrade, and upkeep of Infrastructure Viz.,1) Building No. 5, Power Block admeasuring space of 14,443 Sq ft (Approx.) of their existing developed SEZ sector specific for IT /ITES. The total value of said materials is Rs. 0.0862 Crores. The Specified Officer after verifying the List of materials has ascertained and certified that that these items are required for the Developer’s default authorized operations and approval sought for list of materials is in order and therefore same may be approved.
The report states the below details: At the premises of M/s. Infosys Ltd., (SEZ Developer) located at Phase-I, Building-5, there is a Power Block Section where Diesel Generator Setup is installed. 'Fuel Cooler and ReCon Pump; are the sub-part of the DG Set (Photograph attached). This material, estimated Value of Rs.8.62 Lakhs, are required for the DG Set to carry on the authorized operations and it will be procured by the unit from Domestic Tariff Area (DTA). DG Set is being used for electricity across the SEZ campus in case of failure of primary electricity supply. The Developer vide their above letter dated 21.08.2025 in have state as below: "Cooler-Fuel, ReCon pump with Accessories: - Fuel coolers help to reduce the temperature of the fuel, which can increase the density and viscosity of the fuel. This can help to improve the accuracy of the fuel injection, and can improve combustion efficiency, leading to better engine performance and fuel economy. ReCon Pump help to circulate coolant within an engine. Its primary function is to regulate temperature by transferring heat away from critical components, ensuring efficient cooling throughout the system. The pump operates by providing sufficient pressure to circulate the coolant." As per the report the estimated value of list of material is 8,62,000/- and the duty involved amounts to 1,55,160/- in the value of materials being procured is covered by the bond accepted. e. Recommendation: Approval Committee may consider the request of the Developer for approval of list of material as per Rule 12(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006.
