(ii) Brief detail of the project M/s. Dinex India was formed in the year 2020 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the intent to provide exhaust and emission technologies for heavy duty, on and off road application. Currently Dinex India designs, develops and manufactures Exhaust and Emission Technologies to meet the requirement of the Indian Market. Dinex India has strength of its engineering and technical capabilities and strong customer base for commercial vehicles and industrial applications. The registered company is in Chennai. In terms of Para 6.05 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023 read with Para 6.01 of Handbook of Procedure, Dinex India has made an application for setting up of New Unit in EOU to undertake manufacturing and assembly of Clamps, diesel particulate filters, one box(exhaust after treatment systems), flex pipes, pipe treatment systems.
