विचार-विमर्श के बाद, सममति ने एसईजेड तनयम, 2006 के तनयम 54 के संदर्श में, दूसरे ब्लॉक अिधि के चौथे िर्श के मलए यानी वित्त िर्श 2023-24 के मलए इकाई के प्रदर्शन को नोट ककया। जैसा कक नीचे बिाया गया है:

➢ यूतनट ने दूसरे ब्लॉक अिधि का चौथा िर्श यानी, वित्त िर्श 2023-24 में 302.73 करोड़ रुपये के अनुमातनि तनयाशि के मुकाबले 802.10 करोड़ रुपये का तनयाशि हामसल ककया है।
➢ यूतनट ने वित्त िर्श 2023-24 में संचयी आिार पर 2414.00 करोड़ रुपये का सकारात्मक एनएफई हामसल ककया है। ➢ इकाई ने 4059 (पुरुर्-1918, महहला-2141) को रोजगार हदया है।

After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 1st year i.e., FY 2023-24 of 4th Block period, in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. As detailed below:

➢ The unit in 1st year i.e., FY 2023-24 of 4th block period has achieved export revenue of Rs. 981.65 cr against the projected export of Rs 829.46 Cr.
➢ The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 951.00 Cr. in FY 2023-24 on cumulative basis. ➢ The unit has achieved employment of 5668 (Men-2733, Women-2935)

After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 4th year i.e., FY 2023-24 of 2nd Block period, in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. As detailed below:

➢ The unit has achieved Export of Rs. 802.10 Crore as against the projected export of Rs. 302.73 Cr. in 4th year i.e. FY 2023-24 of 2nd Block period (2020-21 to 2024-25)

M/s. It is subsidiary of Eato Corporation PLC, Ireland( Ultimate Parent Company)

ETPL is currently engaged in Business Development and Financial Ana ( BDFA), Sales and Marketing center support services Viz: Market Research Strategic Marketing, Analytics and Pricing, Master Data Management, Creat services, Customer technical services. Presently Eaton operates with a pres more than 175 countries and serves clients globally across diverse industrie

Currently, M/s Eaton Technologies Pvt Ltd ( ETPL) is operating as SEZ EON Phase 1, having LOA No SEEPZ-SEZ/NEW SEZ/EON/01/2006-0 dated 29th April 2022, valid till 18.04.2027 .

The proposed unit intend to set up a unit in the nature of Information En services ( ITES),CPC-865 in the nature of Management consulting serv Back office accounting services,Human Resource technologies support services,Talent Acquisition sourcing services etc. ETPL wish to shift so the services to new SEZ unit from their existing unit.

The proposed unit also intimated that after setting up of new Unit at Ma SEZ, ETPL will vacate one floor out of current SEZ unit bearing LOA S SEZ/NEW-SEZ/EON/01/2006-07/1790 dated 29th April 2022 situated a SEZ. The employees approximately 300 numbers from EON ETPL will b of new SEZ unit at Magarpatta as a strategic decision from a long term perspective of administrative simplicity.

M/s. Eaton Technologies Private Limited has decided to set up SEZ unit at Magarpatta City SEZ over an admeasuring 3270.18 sq. Mtrs. i.e. 35,281 Sq located at Tower B5, Level 3, Magarpatta City SEZ, Hadapsar, Pune 411013

Accordingly, the unit intends to invest Rs. 9.98 Cr with Projected Export of R 637.98 Cr and Projected NFE of Rs. 614.59 Cr. along with the generating Employment of 444 employees within next 5 years.

M/s. Magarpatta Township Development and Construction Company Limited (Developer) has been granted Formal Approval bears No. F.2/129/2006-SPZ dated 29.08.2006 Further, The Developer has submitted that: No benefits of Customs or GST or any other benefits will be availed by the vendor in procuring the goods.
The facilities will be used exclusively for the SEZ Units and the visitors, etc. subject to inter

alia, following security protocols. vide letter dated 14.01.2025, the company has submitted that vendor will be operating a tuck shop hence there won’t be any live cooking. Letter dated 26.03.2012 from the Chief Fire Officer for confirming that, Fire NOC is not required in case of no live cooking activity in cafeteria premises.

The Developer has enclosed following document: Copy of Fire NOC of the SEZ Self certified copy of letter of intent executed with the lessee Copy of FSSAI certificate granted to the proposed vendor GST Registration copies of lease. Copy of Form B Further, vide letter dated 14.01.2025 the specified officer has submitted as following:

The location of the proposed Cafeteria is at open podium area in the Central Place of building No B5 and B2. The proposed Cafeteria is surrounded by internal podium road. This is a pre -fabriacted tea stall to be assembled at site.
No Fire cooking activity will be carried out in cafeteria premises.Tea will be prepared by using induction heater. e. ADC’s Recommendation: The committee may kindly consider the proposal of the Developer for approval to lease out the space to vendor for setting up Cafeteria in SEZ premises, in terms of Rule 11 (5) of SEZ Rules, 2006.
