TATA AutoComp Hendrickson Suspensions Private Limited (THSL) is a Private Limited Company is 50: 50 Joint Venture Between T ATA AutoComp Systems Limited and Hendr ickson International, USA.

THSL was formed in year 2006 under the C ompanies Act, 1956 with the intent to prov ide advanced suspension systems and comp onents to commercial vehicles including bu ses. Currently THSL design, develop and m anufacture Auxiliary axle suspension, Tand em Bogie Suspension, Rubber Metal Suspe nsions, Steerable & Non – Steerable Axles, Bus Air Suspension catering to Indian Mark et.

THSL has product technology which is mar ketable in India and abroad.

THSL is in process of expanding its new pro ducts portfolio & bringing the new technolo gy products called “Anti Roll Bar Products” also knows as Stabilizer Bar or Sway Bar w hich is essential components in a vehicle’s s uspension system. Its primary function is t o reduce body roll during cornering helping to improve handling and stability. This is going to be new product line which i s very different from the existing products.

For the ARB project, dedicated machinery, equipment’s and tools will be set up for ma nufacturing. THSL is acquiring the assets of JV partner (Hendrickson) and importing t hese assets for manufacturing of the Anti-R oll Bar (ARB) Products.
