Subject: Discontinuation of Service Centre after 30.06.2025-

It is hereby brought to the notice of all concerned that the agreement between CBIC and vendor, M/s Xeam Ventures Pvt. Ltd, responsible for operations and management of Service Centers for filing of import/export documents etc., is ending on 30.06.2025.

  1. DG Systems is developing a number of webforms to facilitate filing of various documents which were hitherto being filed from Service Centers. It is intended that all webforms will be launched before 30.06.2025.

  2. In this connection, it is informed that the following table may be referred to provide access to different kind of users for various Webforms:
