Infosys Ltd.-SEZ, Hinjewadi Specified Officer Agenda Item No.O1: Confirmation of Minutes of the 12" meeting held on 28.11.2022 After deliberation, the Committee confirmed the minutes of the 12" UAC meeting held on 28.11.2022 Agenda Item No.02: Application for approval of list of material by M/s. Infosys Ltd. (Developer) During the UAC meeting the developer has placed proposal requesting approval of List of Material required for authorized operations amounting to Rs. 159.35 lakhs. The List of materials requested for authorized operations is as detailed below;

Centre with inter connectivity During the course of the UAC, the Chairman has directed to submit verification report from the Specified Officer regarding whether the video conferencing equipment is part of authorized SpeedtipShfoStgammon data centre or not, Jagannathan Date: 28-02-2023 07:33:01 Accordingly, the Specified Officer has Bedsonitkeprovetification report vide letter dated 27.02.2023. The Specified Officer has informed that he has sought clarification from the Developer. The developer vide letter dated 24.02.2023 has clarified as follows: “Video Conference/bridge equipment and their accessories mentioned at Sr. No. 2,5,6 of LOM are required for common data center with inter- connectivity for conducting online meetings with stakeholder- clients, project team etc. for conducting authorized operation of business. These video conference systems are used to conduct online/ virtual meetings to connect with various stakeholders at various geographical locations to render the quality services” The Specified Officer further informed that in view of the above clarification and as certified by the Chartered Engineer, the request of the Developer may please be considered. Verification Report of the specified Officer regarding Video Conferencing Equipment is taken on record. After deliberation, Committee accepted the request of the approval of List of Material of Developer, in terms of Rule 12(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006. Meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the Chair. Infosys Limited.-SEZ, Plot NO. 1, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase-I, Mann Village, Mulshi Pune 411 057.
