Agenda Item No. 01: Confirmation of Minutes of the 116th meeting held on 31.03.2023.

 The Minutes of the 116th Meeting held on 31.03.2023 were confirmed with consensus.

Agenda Item No. 02: Approval w.r.t. List of Goods/Material/ Equipment of the Developer M/s. File No.SEZ1-14011/6/2021-NS

Mindspace Business Parks Pvt. Ltd., required for Authorised Operations.

            The Developer requested for approval of List of Goods vide letter dated 12.04.2023

duly certified by Chartered Engineer Mr. S. K. Singh, Registration No. M/118968/3 dated 18.09.2001, amounting of Rs. 12,09,388/- required for the development for their default Authorised Operations. The Specified Officer, Mindspace – SEZ vide letter dated 03.05.2023 has verified the list of goods and stated that the said goods are required for authorized operations.

Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s. Mindspace Business Parks Pvt. Ltd. (Developer) for list of goods amounting of Rs. 12,09,388 /- required for default Authorised Operations in terms of Rule 12(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006 and as per Instruction No. 50 issued by MOC&I dated 15.03.2010.

Agenda Item No. 03: Approval w.r.t. M/s. Accenture Solutions Private Limited for transfer of Duty-Free Goods to Developer on payment of applicable duties and taxes at M/s. Mindspace-SEZ.

     M/s.  Accenture  Solutions  Private  Limited  located  at  M/s.  Mindspace-SEZ requested  for

transfer of Duty-Free Goods to Developer on payment of applicable duties and taxes.
Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s. Accenture Solutions Private Limited located at M/s. Mindspace-SEZ for transfer of Duty-Free Goods to Developer on payment of applicable duties and taxes in terms of Rule 38 of SEZ Rules, 2006 and subject to compliance of the below said documents- • Issuance of “No Dues Certificate” from the Specified Officer. • Assessment of the goods to be transferred to the Developer.
