Agenda Item No. 01: Confirmation of Minutes of the 67th meeting held on 27.02.2023.
 
The Minutes of the 67th Meeting held on 27.02.2023 were confirmed with consensus.
 
Agenda Item No. 02: Application of M/s. Gigaplex Estate Private Limited – SEZ for approval of List of
goods/Material/Equipment required for Authorized Operations.

The Developer requested for approval of List of Goods vide letter dated 12.04.2023 duly certified
by Chartered Engineer Mr. S. K. Singh, Registration No. M/118968/3 dated 18.09.2001, amounting of Rs.
12,09,388/- required for the development of their infrastructure for their default Authorized Operations.
                
               The Specified Officer, Gigaplex – SEZ vide letter dated 27.04.2023 has verified the said list of
goods and stated that the said goods are found fit for authorized operations. 
 
Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee  approved the proposal of M/s. Gigaplex Estate Private
Limited – SEZ for list of goods amounting of Rs. 12,09,388 /- required for default Authorized Operations in
terms of Rule 12(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006 and as per Instruction No. 50 issued by MOC&I dated 15.03.2010.
 
Agenda Item No. 03:  Monitoring performance of APR for the period 2018-19 to 2021-22 of the unit –
M/s. Atos Global IT Solutions and Services Private Limited
 
The Annual Performance Report for the period 2018-19 to 2021-22 was submitted by the unit
and verified by the Specified Officer, Gigaplex – SEZ vide letter dated 20.04.2023. The unit has achieved
positive NFE of Rs. 1,77,873.78 Lakhs on cumulative basis during the year 2020-21 as per S.O report. 
 
Decision :- After deliberations, the Committee noted the performance of M/s. Atos Global IT Solutions and
Services Private Limited for the period 2018-19 to 2021-22 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules and the
Committee also directed Specified Officer to verify and certify the Softex and DSPF forms.
