A total of 499 applications were received in the Mumbai Customs policy section. Out of which, 438 applications were accepted and 61 applications were rejected and same was made public vide Public Notice No. 26/2024 dated 16.12.2024. 3 3. A total of 30 representations have been received in the Mumbai Customs policy section from applicants whose applications were rejected. These representations have been scrutinized and it is noticed that 11 such rejected applications were rejected on the ground that equivalence certificate in respect of the professional degree from foreign universities were not submitted with the 5 4. Now, it has been decided by the competent authority for provisionally accepting the said 11 applications as the required document, i.e., the professional degree as per regulation 5 (h) (ii) of the CBLR, 2018 has been uploaded by the applicants in their application forms. These applications are provisionally accepted subject to the submission of the equivalence certificate at the time of oral examination.
