Consequent upon issuance of Office Order No. 17/2024 dated 30.07.2024 and Posting of ShriAmitkumar Nikalje, Joint Commissioner of Customs, vide Office Order No. 18/2024//Centralised Order No: DGHRD/ADC-JC/158/2024 dtd 05.08.2024 issued vide F. No. S/II-3(01)/2024 CCO I(UNIT-I) and in accordance with the provisions of Section 19(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5(1) and 5(2) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, the following officer of the Office of Chief Commissioner, Mumbai Customs Zone-I is designated as the First Appellate Authority with immediate effect and until further orders.
