Attention of the Trade, Field formations and the Public in general is invited to the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Consequent upon issuance of Office Order no. 18/2024 (Centralized Order no: DGHRD/ADC-JC/158/2024) dtd 05.08.2024 issued vide F.No.S/II-3(01)/2022 CCO-I/Unit I and Office Order no. 16/2023 (Centralized Order no: DGHRD/AC-DC/180/2023) dtd 22.06.2023 issued vide vide F.No.S/II-3(2)/2022 CCO-I (Unit I) and in accordance with the provisions of Section 19(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5(1) and 5(2) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, the following Officers of the Office of Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai Customs Zone-I are designated as the First Appellate Authority (FAA) and Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) for Commissioner of Customs (Appeals) Commissionerate with immediate effect and until further orders.
