As per the above approval, Mr. Sanjay Baban Jaid, G-Card holder having Power of Attorney is the new authorized person of the CB and permission has been granted to CB, M/s Aarmbh Shipping and Logjstics LLP (PAN: ACBFA5860F) to continue their business as Customs Broker under Regulation 11 (3) of CBLR, 2018 by Pr. Commissioner of Customs(G) subject to the condition that Mr. Sanjay Baban Jaid, passes the examination under Rule 6 within a period of two years from 14.08.2024 i.e. on or before 14.08.2026.
