Invitation of Quotation for e-filing of GST-TDS

INVITATION OF QUOTATION

        Sealed bids/quotations in plain paper/letter pad are invited from the

intending Registered Firms/Authorized Chartered Accountants having valid PAN Card and GSTIN for e-filing of GST-TDS return GSTR-7 and preparing certificate in form GSTR-7A (Contingency Bills). As per GFR Rule 187, the firms must forward their bids in ‘Two Bid’ systems with technical bid and financial bid sealed separately and then put these two sealed envelopes in a bigger envelop duly sealed. Firms must quote their price per month with inclusive of taxes for the above work to the undersigned within 05 days from the issue of this letter. The bids received incomplete or after the scheduled date and time shall be summarily rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason thereof.
