Attention of all the exporters, customs brokers, other stakehorders a,d. members of the trade is invited to the fact that a large number of drawback claims are pending due to non-submission of repry to query ra,:sed. Deta,ed rist of such drawback Shipping Bills is attached as Annexure_A,. Several reminders have a-lready been issued to the exporters to submit their rcply so that their drawback claim can be processed but no reply has been received till date. It is the responsibility of the Exporters/cBs/other stakeholders to check the status of their drawback claim against a shipping bill through ICEGATE and if any ;;ffi"J::,'ljJ the drawback section, thev should submit their reply arter 2' Therefore, alr exporters whose shipping Bilrs are pending at query queue il,1"j : i#;:ilf I;:t.H:'l s, b mi t ;'.;;?;;in r c E s sy s te m im m e d iat e,y 3. However, if no reply to queries are received from the Exporters/cBs/other stakeholders, within 3o days of issuance of this Facility Notice their claims would be processed at zero rateof drawback in absence of the requisite documents/clarifications without affecting the right of the exporter to claim the drawback amount by fiiing supplementaf chim subsequen,y. 4' The exporters can then fire the supplementary claims as per Rure 16 of the Duty Drawback Rules, 2077 al0ng with the requisite documents/clarifications within stipulated time ieriod as specified in law wherein their drawback claims have been processed @ ZI|RO. 5'
