05-04-2024 o8 OFFICE ORDER No. 15 [2024 During the prosecution proceedings of various dases of this Commissionerate, the Courts are directing the Department to serve Summons, Intimation to Witnesses, execute Arrest Warrants etc. In this regard the Prosecution Cell is directed to gend all Summons/Arrest Warrants to SIIB(X) for service/execution of the same. SITBCX) mist promptly attend to this work in order to ensure timely compliance of the Court’s order.
As regards to the intimation to Prosecution witngsses, the work will be attended to by the officers of Prosecution cell.
