Sub: Recovery of the Penalty of Rs. 4,20,000/- from Shri Ajay Verma Proprietor of M/s AUM International Ltd., (IEC-0303038161). Shri Ajay Verma Proprietor of M/s AUM International Ltd., (IEC0303038161) has failed to pay the Penalty of Rs. 4,20,000 (Rupees Four Lakh Twenty Thousands only) in pursuance of Order-in-Original No. 08/2011-12/CAC/CC(EP)AK/GRVII dated 22.02.2012. Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by clause (a) of Subsection (1) of Section 142 of Customs Act, 1962, require and request that the aforesaid Penalty amount of Rs. 4,20,000 should be deducted from any money payable to the aforesaid party by the officer of Customs and/or Officers of Central Excuse/GST (who have also been designated as Officers of Customs) all over the Country. Aum International Ltd. | Shop No.8, . Victoria Building, B Shantinagar, Andheri(W), Mumbai-53. which are under the control off 24,the Officers of Customs and/or Officers of Central Excise/GST. An intimation regarding the recovery may be sent to the undersigned as soon as the amount is realized. The amount so recovered may be sent to the undersigned by Demand Draft in favour of “RBI A/c Commissioner of Customs (Export), Mumbai Customs Zone - I”.
