Sub: Recovery of Drawback amount of Rs. 3,55,200/- along with applicable interest and the penalty of Rs. 70,000/- from M/s Overseas Infrastructure Alliance (India) Pvt. Ltd. (IEC-0304010961).

M/s Overseas Infrastructure Alliance (India) Pvt. Ltd. (IEC-0304010961) has failed to pay the drawback amount of Rs. 3,55,200/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty-Five Thousands Two Hundred only) along with applicable interest and the penalty of Rs.70,000/(Seventy Thousands Only) in pursuance of Order-in-Original No. 173/DJJ/DC/DRC/NCH/2022-23 dated 20.02.2023

Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by clause (a) of Subsection (1) of Section 142 of Customs Act, 1962, require and request that the aforesaid amount of Rs. 3,55,200/- along with applicable interest and the penalty of Rs.70,000/- (Seventy Thousands Only) should be deducted from any money payable to the aforesaid party by the officer of Customs and/or Officers of Central Excuse/GST (who have also been designated as Officers of Customs) all over the Country. I also further require in terms of clause (b) of Sub-section (1) of Section 142 of Customs Act, 1962, that the said amount should also be recovered by detaining and selling any goods belonging to the aforesaid party M/s Overseas Infrastructure Alliance (India) Pvt. Ltd. (IEC-0304010961), 501-502, OIA House, 470 Cardinal Gracious Road, Andheri (East) Mumbai-400099, which are under the control of the Officers of Customs and/or Officers of Central Excise/GST. An intimation regarding the recovery may be sent to the undersigned as soon as the amount is realized.
