The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), New Delhi vide email dated 07.12.2023 has assigned 74 candidates for the post of Inspector of Customs (Examiner & Preventive Officer) and Inspector of CGST of Western Zone based on the results of the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2023 conducted by Staff Selection Commission.

As per G.S.R. 1172(E) dated 26.12.2016, the candidates are required to pass physical test and possess physical standard as described below, for appointment to the grade of Inspector (Only for Central Excise / Preventive Officer / Examiner posts).

Certificate should be obtained with reference to this Notice.

In the event of not reporting on the prescribed date for the Document Verification/Physical Test, it will be presumed that you are not interested in accepting the offer of appointment in the department and your nomination will be treated as cancelled.
