(IEC No.0701001496) Urgaha11i, Bidadi Post, Bangalore-562109 have failed to pay a sum of Rs.7,68,722/- (Rupees Seven Lakh six& Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Two only) and accrued hlterest thereupon as the demand was confirmed by Bond Enforcement Order No. EPCG/255/2022-23 dated 30.06.2022 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Bangalore. Now.. therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by the Section 142(1)(a) &142(1) (b) of the Customs Act, 1962 as amended, I, Ashok V Kanchibail, Assistant Commissioner of Customs(ARC), ICD, Whitefield, Bengaluru require and request that the aforesaid outstanding amount should be recovered from any money owing to the party by all the Officers of Customs and /or Ofticers of Central Excise/Central Tax{GST}(who have been designated as Officer of Customs & Central Excise), GST, all over India. Where the aforesaid amount is recovered, the same may be intimated as soon as the amount is realized.
