2. AEO Cell, Mumbai-, New Custom House is organizing an AEO Outreach programme and hand holding for AEO T1 from 11:30 am-12:30 pm and for AEO T2/T3/LO from 12:30 pm-01:30 pm on 12.09.2023 at TPSC section, Ground Floor, New Custom House. This outreach programme is being organized as a one-on-one session with Exporters/Importers /Logistic Operators for clearing doubts with regards to AEO (T1/T2/T3 & LO) accreditation.

3. In addition to this, a facilitation helpdesk will be operational at AEO Cell, 1s‘ Floor, Old building, NCH with immediate effect till 30% September 2023 from 12:30 pm-01:30 pm for queries related to new applications for AEO T1/T2/T3 & LO. 4. For the said programme, Shri Neelesh Rautkar, Additional Commissioner of Customs, AEO/Mumbai-1 and Shri Rohitkumar Bhaisare, Deputy Commissioner of Customs, AEO/Mumbai-1 have been appointed as the Nodal Officer and Client Relationship Manager (CRM) respectively.
