PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 4S /2022-23

SUBJECT: Introduction of Customs Brokers Licensing Management System (CBLMS) — Reg.

Attention of al! the Customs Brokers, Importers, Exporters, General Trade and other stakeholders is invited to Public Notice No. 31/2022-23 dated 16.09.2022 issued vide F. No. GEN/C8/6/2021-CBS.

2, It is hereby informed that the imital issues have been resolved and CBLMS Portal (link: nttps://cbinis gown) has been made LIVE. The CB Profiles are being registered in the CBLMS Portal.

  1. After the registration of the CB Profiles, they will be validated by the department. On the successful compietion of this initial exercise, the CBLMS Portal will be made operational at all India level. Therefore, it is very crucial that all the Customs Brokers register their profile and submit their data at the earliest.

  2. In view of the request received from Brihanmumbai Custom Brokers Association (BCBA) for giving sufficient time for Customs Brokers to yegister their CB Profiles, the department has decided that the Customs Brokers may register their CB Profiles within one week's time from the receipt of login credentials sent to them.

  3. A detailed User Manual, list of supporting documents and FAQs for creating Customs Brokers Profile are available on the CBLMS portal. 6. Further, a special team of officers has been set up in EDI Conference Room, 1° Floor, New Customs House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai to help

Stoms Brokers IN registering their CB Profiles on CBLMS Portal. Customs Brokers may avail the Support of the special team to create their profiles effortlessly.

  1. Feedback/Suggestions are also invited on cbims-helpdesk@gov.infor continuous improvement of the CBLMS portal.
