Attention of the Customs Brokers and other members of trade is invited to Board's Notification No. 62/2021-Customs (N.T.) dated 23.07.2021 and Circular No. 17/2021-Customs dated 23.07.2021 wherein as per amended Regulation 9 of CBLR 2018, a license granted under Customs House Agents Licensing Regulations, Regulations, 2004, the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2013 or the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018 shall be valid unless and until revoked in terms of provisions under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 8A or Regulation 14. 1984, the Customs House Agents Licensing All Customs Brokers seeking such "Life time validity" endorsement on their licenses who are issued licence in Mumbai Customs Zone under 2.
