Sub: Customs Clearance Facilitation Committee (CCFC) Meeting - reg.

• Attention of all members of Trade, concerned departments, Partner

• Government Agencies and stakeholder is invited to Board Circular No. 13/2015-Cus. Dated 13.04.2015 issued vide F. No. 450/01/2011-Dir (Customs) (Pt.) and 44/2016-Cus. Dated 22.09.2016 issued vide F. No. 450/ 115/2016-Cus. 1V regarding setting up of ‘Customs Clearance Facilitation Committee’ (CCFC). 2. Henceforth, the CCFC Meetings of Mumbai Customs Zone-1 will be conducted on the last working Friday of every month at 11.30 AM under the chairmanship of the Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai ZoneL. If the scheduled day is a closed holiday, then the meeting will be conducted on the previous working day. The agenda points for the said meetings may be forwarded through mail well in advance to the 0/o the Chief Commissioner or Customs, Mumbai Zone I at ccu-cusmum1 @nic.in.

  3. All members of the concerned department/ PGA/Trade association/ stake holders are requested to adhere the guidelines prescribed by the above mentioned Board circulars for the smooth conduct of the said meeting.

  4. For the safety measures of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the meeting's will be conducted on virtual basis. The necessary invite link and the requisite password for the said meetings will be conveyed well in advance. The change in mode of meeting if any will be conveyed to all concerns as and when necessary.

  5.In the virtual meetings all the attendees are requested to introduce themselves with their email id's and contact numbers for further
