Sub: Facilitation in Clearance of Import/Export Cargo in wake of Corona Virus /Lockdown -reg.

Attention of all the importers, exporters, Customs Brokers and all other stakeholders is invited to the above mentioned subject. 2. Now keeping in view the situation arising due to outbreak of Corona Virus in the country, there may be some difficulties, being faced during assessment and examination of the goods at Mumbai Port and ICD/Mulund due to less availability of physical resources and movement of the documents starting from the filing of the Bill of Entry, Shipping Bills, Assessment of the Goods, Examination and Out of Charge given therein etc.

In such cases, any difficulty which is being faced by the Trade Members/Importers/Exporters/Customs Brokers, may be brought to the notice of the following Officers, so that necessary action may be taken accordingly:
