Sub: Selection of empanelment of the valuers of Seized/ Confiscated Detained/ Time Expired Bonded Goods - reg.

An interview of empanelment of the valuers was conducted on 12.03.2019 under the chairmanship of the Joint Commissioner of Customs (General). The committee has recommended the following chartered Engineers, as valuers for empanelment, whose names are as under:-

2. Commissioner of Customs (General-Disposal) has approved all of above four applicants for appointment of chartered valuers.

3. As per terms and conditions, which has already been accepted by all the applicants, the empanelment of the appointment valuers will be for a period of one i.e. for FY 2019-20 (from 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020) or till the letter of termination of offer is issued, whichever is earlier or as such extended period, permitted by the competent authority.

4. This issues with the approval of the Commissioner of Customs (General-Disposal), New Custom House, Mumbai Customs Zone-I.
