• Subject: Exports Refunds Fortnight in New Customs House from 31 May 2018 to 14" June 2018- reg.

In order to intensify the efforts to liquidate all pending IGST claims, pertaining to exports from Mumbai port, New Customs House is observing “IGST Exports Refunds Fortnight” beginning from 31 May 2018 to 14'" June 2018. A special cell has bees setup to deal with cases of pending export related claims so as to dispose off all the old pending cases since July 2017. This step will help the Exporters for fast tracking of Exporters pending refund claims.

2. Special cell will be located at 4" Floor, Annex Building, New Customs House Ballard Estate, Mumbai — 400 001. Exporters may also contact special cell o2 telephone no. 0)22-22757535 / 22757541 or send e-mail to drawback.nch@gov.in. B All such cases of SB 005 error or SBVOO0 error or any other such issues may be submitted to the IGST Cell alongwith correct, legible and supporting Gecuments so as feo” facilitate the nodal cell to do needful for expeditious disbursal of the IGST claims.
