Subject: Extension of timeline for filing comments on the scope of the Product under
Consideration (PUC) and Product Control Number (PCN) Methodology in the anti- dumping investigation concerning imports of "Biaxially Oriented Polyamide Films (BOPA Films)" originating in or exported from China PR and Thailand.
- The above-mentioned investigation was initiated by the Authority vide Initiation Notification F. No. 6/38/2026-DGTR dated 24th June, 2026.
- Certain interested parties have requested an extension of the timeline for filing comments on the scope of the Product under Consideration (PUC) and the proposed Product Control Number (PCN) Methodology. The Authority has examined the requests and has decided to grant an extension up to 23rd July, 2026 for filing comments, if any, on the scope of the PUC and the proposed PCN Methodology in the subject investigation.
- Since the investigation is time-bound, no further request seeking extension of time for filing comments on the scope of the PUC and the proposed PCN Methodology shall be considered by the Authority.
