Subject: Extension of time to file comments on the scope of the product under

consideration and propose product control numbers (PCNs), in the matter of anti- dumping investigation concerning imports of Thermal Paper or Thermal Sensitive Paper from the United States of America, China PR, and the Republic of Korea

To, All Interested parties, Please refer to the subject investigation. The parties were granted a time of 15 days from the date of initiation to file comments on the scope of the product under consideration, if any, and propose product control numbers (PCNs), if any. 2. However, few interested parties have requested for extension of the aforementioned deadline. After careful consideration of the said requests, the Designated Authority has granted an extension of 15 days for filing comments on the scope of the PUC and propose PCNs, if any. Accordingly, the final date for filing of the comments which was 8.07.2026 now stands revised to 22.07.2026. 3. It is advised that all the interested parties i.e., producers/exporters/importers/users etc., file their responses within the stipulated time as extended above. No further extension of time, whatsoever, will be allowed in the said matter. 4. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
