Subject – Finalisation of Sampling in the anti-dumping Investigation concerning imports of Polyethylene Terephthalate Film (PET Film) originating in or exporting from Bangladesh, China PR, Thailand and United States of America.
Reference of all interested parties is invited to the above-cited investigation. The Authority has initiated anti-dumping investigation in respect of imports of Polyethylene Terephthalate Film (PET Film) originating in or exporting from Bangladesh, China PR, Thailand and United States of America vide notification dated 30th September 2025. On the basis of the information furnished by various producers/ exports in the questionnaire circulated by the Authority, the Authority had proposed sampling of producers/exporters vide notification dated 23rd December 2025 and invited comments from interested parties.
It has been observed that the producers/exporters Kanghui New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Kanghui Nantong New Material Technology Co., Ltd, Kanghui International Trade (Jiangsu) Co. Ltd., Jiangsu Kanghui New Materials Technology Co., Ltd are related producers/exporters. Since these producers are related, these have been considered as a single economic entity for the purpose of determination of anti-dumping duty. In view of the same, the following producers/exporters and their affiliated exporter/trader are sampled for current investigation:
