Subject: Extension of timeline for filing the Questionnaire response in case of anti-

dumping investigation into imports of Polyethylene Terephthalate Film (PET Films) originating in or exported from Bangladesh, China PR, Thailand and United States of America.

1. The above-mentioned subject investigation has been initiated by the Authority vide Initiation notification, F.No.06/55/2025-DGTR dated 30 September 2025.
2. Vide Notification dated 06.11.2025 pertaining to PUC/PCN, all interested parties i.e., producers/exporters/importers/users etc. were requested to file respective questionnaire responses by 12.11.2025.
3. Certain interested parties have requested for an extension of the timeline for filing the questionnaire responses. The requests have been considered and it has been decided to extend the timeline to file questionnaire responses till 19.11.2025.
4. Since the investigation is time-bound, no further request seeking an extension of time would be considered by the Authority.
